Here is my Design Team project...

I made a tag for this candy jar filled with Hershey Kisses. I used two different files from Miss Kate Cuttables...the tag and the pumpkin. The stamped sentiment is by Scrappy Moms Stamps ~ All About Fall.

Here is my Design Team project...

I made treats for my class. I have 25 of them! I am excited I was able to get them done early.

I used the jack o lantern from Miss Kate Cuttables.

The  topper is by Jaded Blossom, the fishtail flag is by My Favorite Things, and the stamped sentiment is by Inky Antics ~ Halloween Witch set.

Mouse Pumpkin at Miss Kate Cuttables

Hello Miss Kate Cuttables Fans,

Hard to believe it is already October. The end of first quarter ends at school next Friday (the 13th). Although Hurricane Irma caused us to miss 6 days of school, we are still plugging away to get all the material covered. I have been extremely busy with a diverse group of students and never seem to have enough time in the day to do everything I want to do. My principal just asked to me to consider mentoring a new teacher (possibly at another school), so time will need to be carefully scheduled to accomplish everything.

Today is my day to share at Miss Kate Cuttables.  

Here is my Design Team project...

I told my husband that I am looking forward to sending my daughter a care package this month before Halloween. I claimed one of his boxes and put it on the side, so I can start gathering some goodies when I go to the store this weekend. I am going to include this card since she is a BIG Disney fan. I think she will like the pumpkin with mouse ears.

I used the Mouse Pumpkin file by Miss Kate Cuttables.

I used the following sketch from Die Cuttin' Divas.

Here is my project:

After making my students those pretzels and M&M treats last week, they wanted more. Since I am very thankful for the hard working class that I have this year, I made them another surprise. 1 x 8" skinny bag treats filled with milk chocolate M & Ms.

I used Plantin SchoolBook Cricut cartridge to cut the tags at 1 1/2".


I cut the pumpkins on my Cameo. The two-sided pattern paper made it easy to change the look of the pumpkins. The brown tins came from the dollar spot at Target.

The stamped sentiment is by Jaded Blossom ~ Let's Talk Turkey stamp set. Brown polka dot ribbon is from Michaels.

Plump Mr. Pumpkin

Hello Crafty Friends,

We have been listening to the news on and off for the past couple of hours and Hurricane Matthew continues to get closer. I live in Central Florida and the winds are predicted to only be 50 - 70 miles an hour, but tornadoes are a possibilities. There are LOTS of trees in our community, so fallen trees and power outages are the major concerns. We have no school on Friday, so hopefully everyone will be at home safe. 

I am still bummed that my Links/Gadgets on the sidebars are not restored yet. Anyone else with the same issue? Hoping it is fixed soon! Onto something better...

Double pencil pouches with pumpkin tag for each of my students. Since we do not celebrate Halloween at school, I thought seasonal pumpkins would be appropriate.

The pumpkin by My Scrap Chick was cut on my Cameo, the stamped sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps, orange and white twine from Target, and a white tag was inked around the edges.

I used Lacey Circle Spellbinders for the orange metal pail.

Here is my GD project...

A purse shaped treat box filled with Jack O'Lantern droppings!

I used the Scallop Slider and Topper Die to make front  flap, added a pumpkin sticker, and a couple black Skittles.

I used polka dot ribbon to wrap the acetate handle. Then I cut a rectangular tag and stamped the background with the new Halloween Designer Tapes. The sentiment is from today's Halloween Signs stamp set. LOTS of options with this one!

Jaded Blossom September Release ~ Day 1

Hello Jaded Blossom Fans!

Today is an extremely exciting day! It is finally time for the September Release. What a fabulous month to be showcasing since Autumn and Halloween are right around the corner! Thanks Michelle and Candace for giving me an opportunity to be Guest Designer!

Today I am sharing 1 new die and 1 new stamp set...

Panel Dies

 Autumn Panels Stamp

Here is my GD project...

First I cut the three panels and then I stamped each one with the stacked pumpkins stamp. I used watercolor pencils to add color.

A few sequins, a polka dot bow, and a stamped "Thanks" to finish the first card.

For my second card I used the new panel die (along with the large stitched rectangle from Card Mat Dies) to create the window. The squirrel is from KaDoodle Bug Designs.

I stamped the leaves with acorns from the new Autumn Panels and used watercolor pencils to add a touch of fall.

I used one of the small rectangular dies from Card Mat Dies for the sentiment.

A cute little pumpkin treat bag.

The happy pumpkin file is from Miss Kate Cuttables and I cut it on my Cameo.  I used Plantin Schoolbook to cut the tag. I cheated with the gift bag...I found a pack of 12 at Dollar Tree for $1. They were in the wedding section.  Couldn't pass up that deal...it was well worth the time I saved, which was used to embellish instead!

This stamp is from the Beary Thankful stamp set.

A green crinkle ribbon bow, orange gems, and twine keep the pumpkin looking happy.
