Hello Diva Fans!
Welcome back to Carson's Creations and thanks for stopping by!
Today I am sharing the new challenge at Die Cuttin' Divas.
This Week's Challenge...
~ 3- 2 - 1 ~
Here is my Design Team project...
I had two these pattern papers sitting on my craft table and decided to finally use them...I just had to choose a third piece to fit the challenge. I used two skittles from DoubleClick and finally added a twine bow for the third component of the 3-2-1.
I used the following sketch from Sunday Stamps.
I just received the MFT turtle in the mail and had to use it right away. After I stamped it, I realized I should have used my daughter's technique. She heat embosses the stamped image with clear embossing powder. It makes a sharp outline and prevents bleeding. If I have time after school, I may give it another try and replace my image.
Hope you will join us at Die Cuttin' Divas this week for our "3-2-1" challenge.
Stay Creative,
Georgiana
So sweet!

It's sooo CUTE!!! LOVE the turtle image and the pretty papers you used! You know to prevent the bleeding, you just need to use the right ink - For water coloring use versafine black ink and for Alcohol markers use Memento tuxedo black ink - of course heat embossing will work for either type of coloring as well... just thought maybe it would save you a step. :)
