Meow! Love Your Pet

Hello Crafty Friends,

Hoping you have found some crafting time and are ready for a new challenge. This week at Die Cuttin' Divas we are showing our love for our four legged friends who have become a part of our families.

This Week's Challenge...
Love Your Pet
I am a dog lover, but a good friend who got me hooked on crafting/blogging asked me to make her daughter's teacher a card. I couldn't refuse! The teacher LOVES cats.
I used Campin' Critters Cricut cartridge for the card base and the kitty is from Silhouette On-Line Store.
This tiny tag and stamp is from My Craft Spot.

Here is my pet...Molly.
She just had surgery last week to have a lipoma (fatty tumor ~ common in Labs) removed, but she seems to be doing well. She goes back in a couple days to get the stitches removed, so hopefully she will be back to herself soon. I know she will be glad when I stop sneaking her medications in her food! :)

Hope you will join us this week at Die Cuttin' Divas for our Love Your Pet challenge.

Stay Creative,
Georgiana

Loved Molly, she looks like a sweetheart (but then Labs usually are!) She's so pretty too, and hope her recovery continues to go well. TFS & Hugs. I'll be joining as your newest follower and hope you'll find time to visit again if you can.

  6. Oh! Sneaky momma putting meds in with the food. You can rarely fool cats that way.

The card is so adorable! What a great little cuddly kitty, so cure!

  14. Your card is adorable, what a cute kitty! Hope Molly is feeling better soon. She's a beautiful girl. I had a male Yellow Lab and he had the same surgery He bounced back just fine. If she starts catching on that the pills are in her food, try Pill Pockets. They are little treats that you put pills in. They come in two different sizes and flavors and dogs seem to love them.
