Hello Everyone and Happy Thursday,
Today is the first day of Winter Break and I have been up doing homework already. I know...it's vacation time and I can't stop. It is nice and quiet at home when everyone else is sleeping, so I can get more work done and in less time.
Kels and I have been working on our Carson's Cards for Cancer fundraiser for my BIL, Denny. So far we have raised almost $500 of the $707 goal. I was asked to make a bunch of thank you cards, so here are a couple. More to come!
I used the following sketch from Sunday Stamps.
The papers are from Pebbles ~ Family Ties stack and the stitched dies are from My Favorite Things. Twine was from the stash.
I added Thanks! from Craftin Desert Divas stamps above the MFT sentiment ~ Thanks So Very Much stamp set.
Other Challenges:
I need to make a dozen more thank you cards during the next week with a few holiday ones. Should be busy, especially since we haven't finished our Christmas shopping yet. How about you? What do you still need to finish up?
Stay Creative,
Georgiana

Hi Georgiana, hopping over to visit after your sweet note on my blog. I applaud your efforts for your BIL. I'm a breast cancer survivor of 13 years, and I was a math major waaaaaaay back in the dark ages!
ReplyDeleteCheerful cards! I love your choice of papers and the sentiment focused design. So glad you joined us at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
