Camp Create Day 1: Wonderful Watercolor

Hello Again,

This is my second post for today (just scroll down for my first post ~ Miss Kate Cuttable challenge), since I am eager to share what I created after participating in My Favorite Things Camp Create. I have been looking forward to this event and I am ready to learn something new every day this week.

Although I have used watercolors, I watched the video by Stephanie a couple times and I picked a up a few tips. Now I need to order some new goodies from MFT just to get the box for splattering paint. I have never used black watercolor paint before which was a bit intimidating at first, but the end product is fantatsic.

I used my Gansai Tambi paints...purples and blues for the center area. HELLO (MFT die) was cut from white foam to add dimension, and then a few white sequins were scattered.

Here is Monday's badge!

Looking forward to the Camp Create Day 2.

Until tomorrow,
Georgiana

  1. Looks really cool Georgiana! I haven't used too much black on my projects either.. a little here & there.... Maybe I should join in... I have yet to do this and every year it comes out I say I will but time gets away from me.... I'll check out day 2 tomorrow... I should be home all day.. so that might work! Have a great evening! :)
