Let's Be Jolly with Crafting Cookies

Hello Everyone,

Happy Thursday! It's one day closer to the weekend and I am looking forward to having some time to fill out my new Lilly Pulitzer planner I bought last weekend. Dillards was having a Black Friday sale, so I got a great deal! I want to add DT challenges with due dates, guest spots, and upcoming blog hops. Do you use an agenda for your crafty business?

Today I would like to share the new challenge at If You Give a Crafter a Cookie. This is only my second time participating as a team member. These cookies are just so scrumptious looking!

This Week's Challenge...
The challenge lasts for two weeks.

Here is my Design Team project...
These ornaments are a different color combination than I typically use, which allowed me to try  something outside my comfort zone...more solid colors.

First, I created the watercolor background with a shade of grey. Then, I used a Miss Kate Cuttable stocking (cut on my Cameo), but did not add all the layers. I wanted the clean and simple look again.  The snowflake was cut with a Fiskars punch and a twine bow was adhered with a small Glue Dot

The stamped sentiment is by My Favorite Things ~ Trim the Tree stamp set.
Hope you will join us at If You Give a Crafter a Cookie this week for our "Photo Inspirationchallenge. The other design team members  all interpreted the picture differently, so go check it out!

Thanks for stopping by!
Stay Creative,
Georgiana

  7. I don't know what it is about red and gray but they are so charming together, especially for the holidays.
