Hello Kitty Says Happy Birthday

Hello Again My Crafty Friends!
This is my second post for this evening. Yeah! Be sure to scroll down to see a couple of my Easter cards. My 16 year old son said he likes the chick (That is the bird not a girl.) more than the bunny because of all the bright colors. What do you think?

I just finished my first Hello Kitty card. It is for a 5 year old who loves everything girlie. I knew I wanted to use pink paper, but wasn't quite sure about the top layer. As I was going thru my scrap box I found this paper from Nana's Nursery that matched perfectly. Then I was fortunate to be able to coordinate the green ribbon too.
I sure do like this cartridge. I can tell I am going to have to make another card using some of these cuts. If I remember correctly, I saw Hello Kitty with a bunny which will be perfect for another Easter card. : )

Only a couple more cards that need a final touch. I can't wait until I can finish them. What are you currently working on? Do you work only on one project at a time? How much time do you typically spend crafting each day/week?

Thanks for visiting and I will be stopping by to visit you this weekend. Spring Break officially starts at 3pm on Friday! Yeah!

  6. I LOVE this one!!! I have got to get this cartridge next :)
I try to only work on one project at a time, but being a Gemini I am quite the multi-tasker and usually have at least two going on. Lately I've had more time and have been trying to make or at least work on something every day. I wake up early with my husband and get as much done as I can before J.R. wakes up :)

  8. Adorable!! With two boys, I only make the cute girly card for my nieces! :)

I try to work on something everyday. I just got a custom order from the PTA at my boy's school... I am working on 70 thank you cards for the teacher appreciation luncheon. :)

  9. Love the colours and the glitter! I try really hard to only work on one project at a time because I tend to make such a mess with each one. I am lucky if I get 3-5 hours a week crafting time :(
