I'm Cuckoo for You!

I sure am feeling lovey dovey today. It must be because my daughter is on a field trip for 4 days and my son went camping with Boy Scouts. I told my husband this is what it is going to be like when we retire...I get to make cards, he can watch football, and there will peace and quiet. Of course, we still have 15 to 20 years before we are eligible. Now back to reality! Yes, the phone actually did ring and we were told by one of the Assistant Scout masters that our son is on his way home from the camping trip. He decided not to stay. I do think it is a little cold to be outside in a tent. And you don't have to be cuckoo to know that! : )
Front of card
Matching envelope
  •  I used BoBunny Love Bandit paper (again). I absolutely love it! It will be gone before long. : (
  • The center picture is from a BoBunny Cut Out sheet. I added a red heart gem to the birdhouse.
  • There are tiny pink hearts (from my new MS heart edge punch) around the border with pink gems centered in each.
  • The light pink ribbon is from an "old stash". It was the last piece I had. I added a pink gem on top of the knot.
Challenges:

Since this is my second card for the day, PLEASE take a peek at the other. It is You & Me.

Looking forward to morning since my sister and I are going out for breakfast. I am treating her to Bob Evans since we weren't able to for her birthday. We love the Farmer's Choice  because those blueberry crepes are absolutely delicious.

Until tomorrow,
Georgiana

  2. Well, there goes your feeling "lovey-dovey" I guess! LOL!!! But I wouldn't want to be on a camping trip when it's so cold -- I don't blame your son either for wanting to be home!!!

    Your card is super cute!

  3. Another very pretty card Georgiana. I'm amazed at how many cards you make. I wish I had the time...the kids are still on summer holidays, when they go back to school it will be easier.
