Good Times

Easter has been a very relaxing day. We went out for lunch at Cody's, then stopped at Walmart to get some Epcot pictures from our trip yesterday, and then the local scrapbook store was open today for a few hours with a special Easter sale. My hubby let me run in for a couple minutes to get a few Mother's Day and Father's Day stamps. My daughter picked a plastic egg that had a coupon for 20% off our total purchase. Yeah!

When we returned home, my husband played a golf video game and I made another card. Please refer to Card Patterns #112 for the sketch.  
I used the following materials:
  • The Pet Pad by Recollections
  • Serenade cartridge for the birdcage
  • Paisley cartridge for the sentiment
  • blue silk ribbon
  • blue gems

    Happy Easter! Such an adorable card! Thanks for your comments on my blog. I'm acting in a sort of tutoring role teaching third graders writing. I'm not sure I'll have many ideas since this is my first teaching job but its lovely to know that there are many papercrafers who are also teachers so I am in good company.
