Hello Crafty Friends,
Welcome back and THANKS for taking some time out of your busy day to stop by to see what I have been creating lately. I appreciate ALL the kind words you have left...keeps me motivated to share another project. During the past week I have been making time (not finding it, but rearranging the busy schedule or omitting some activities) to create a few projects to keep me sane.
One area I have neglected and wanted to "redeem myself" was with sharing some information for a "Blog Tour" that I was invited to a while ago. I was asked by Amy E. from Scrap This, Save That and Connie from Connie Can Crop. Going to Europe and then school starting distracted me for a while...but I am getting back on track now!
The purpose of the "Blog Tour" is to share information about yourself. Here is a little about me...
Questions...
1. What am I working on?
I am currently working on Thanksgiving and Christmas projects for school, secret pal, design teams, and challenges. I have a mixture of cards and 3D projects. I am hoping to try stamping/coloring once I build up some more confidence. I don't color often except for school...then I love markers and colored pencils! I will be able to share photos of my completed projects soon!
2. How does
my work differ from others?
My work differs from others because it is "my" eclectic style. I like clean straight lines, layers of patterns papers, and a variety of embellishments. I enjoy using sketches and creating my own for Die Cuttin' Divas.
Here are a few of my recent favorite projects...
3. Why do I create what I do?
I create my projects to see a finished project. Then I enjoy sharing them with others who appreciate the time and effort I put into each creation.
4. How does your creating process work?
It is never the same! One day I may find a die cut I just have to try, another day I may be inspired by a stamp, or it could be a piece of paper that I just have to cut. My mood also plays an important part in the decision process of what I make...when I am happy and excited I feel like I can try anything!
Rather than inviting another person to continue the "tour", please feel free to share a little about yourself here. I sure do enjoy learning about ALL of my "crafty friends".
Stay Creative,
Georgiana
