Here is my Design Team project...

We use to have a boat that you could take to the lake, but we sold it with hopes of getting a bigger one some day. We haven't bought a new boat yet, but I know we will eventually.

Summer Lovin' at 3 Girl JAM

Hello Crafty Friends,

 Today is my day to share at 3 Girl JAM and I sure do love to share! I am using another popular product from the 3 Girl JAM shop.

Here is my Design Team project...

 I am loving the nautical theme right now and with this hot summer weather I have been daydreaming about being out on sailboat just relaxing. How about you?

 I was SUPER excited to create this card since I actually welded the base on my Cameo (not sure why it took so long to try since it was extremely easy!).  The sailboat was cut from the Nautical Boy file at KaDoodle Bug Design and the cute sun is from Miss Kate Cuttables. The yellow skittles are by fellow design team sister, Carri. Background paper is from Cape Cod stack by Paper Studio. The sentiment is from Craftin' Desert Diva's Summer Lovin' stamp set.

I used the cream jute ribbon.

Smooth Sailing So Far This Summer with Lots of Personalization and a Weeknd Preview

Hello Crafty Friends,

 

Wow!

I can't believe the first week of summer vacation has flown by. It was a great week and I am looking forward to many more productive weeks. There is so much planned that I will not have a boring moment.

 

First, I finished up all my personalized card orders for my co-workers. Now I can work on some fun Summer challenges.

Graduation Celebrations

Second, it is going to be a busy weekend.

 

1. Beginning tonight Little Scrap Pieces has a new challenge. Karen has fun weekly challenges and awesome crinkle ribbon, so you do not want to miss out on the chance to win some.

 

2. Tomorrow is my design team day at Exploring Cricut, which I am combining with a 100 Acre Woods Blog Hop. You will see Winnie the Pooh and his friends. I will also be offering some Pooh Candy to one lucky crafty friend that leaves a comment stating which character is their favorite. 

3. Lastly, Ashley from Made Especially For You is celebrating her 2 Year Blogoversary. Yippee! I am so excited to be a part of the celebration line-up. There will be lots of FABULOUS projects with amazing sponsors. Be sure to join the celebration!

 

Now...onto next week...I will be celebrating my 3 year Blogoversary. How exciting! 3 years!

It is Officially Summer with the Divas

What an exciting day it is!

It is actually my first day of summer vacation and what better way to begin than with an important announcement. I have been selected for the Die Cuttin' Diva's Design Team. I am thrilled!

The new team is being announced today along with a bonus summer challenge.

Here is how I would love to spend some of my summer. Can you imagine sailing around the Caribbean on a yacht? How peaceful!

I actually created this card for a fellow teacher who retired and moved back to Alabama yesterday. I sure am going to miss her, but I know she will love spending her time at the lake rather than grading papers. Enjoy your time MaryElla!
