Today is a special today that most (elementary) teachers celebrate with their students. I have ALWAYS been a fan of Dr. Seuss and enjoy all of his books. Thidwick (the Kind-Hearted Moose) and Horton are my favorite characters, but the Cat in the Hat is a definite classic.
My friend who is a Reading Coach planned a Dr. Seuss celebration for her entire school and she asked me to make her some thank you treats for the people who helped. Anything to encourage reading!

Each treat bag will hold a few pieces of candy.
I used the hat from one of Kadoodle Bug files (Love Stories).
