I have a few cards that I would like to share with you. I made these cards with K&Company (Amy Butler Lotus) paper that I purchased from Michaels for only $2.99. I LOVE great deals since I am very frugal, and this definitely was one. This paper is double sided, so I was able to use only one sheet plus a piece of pink cardstock I found in my scrap pile.

This evening I bought Kate's ABCs from Joanns while it was on sale and I was able to use my teacher discount to get another 15% off. I am looking forward to making some projects using this cartridge since I have seen so many cute ones. I wish they would have had Camping Critters because I would have purchased that one too. I guess it will have to stay on my Wish List for now. What's on your wish list?
Take Care,
Georgiana
Love these cards! I love the embossing on the first card, the design of the second card with all the matting and the punching on the third card.
ReplyDelete1.Love a good sale 2. Would love to come shopping with you 3. Love K&Company wonderful set of cards love the first one the embossing, the papers along with the flowers are a perfect combination
ReplyDeleteThe color combo on these cards is so fabulous, Georgiana! And your designs are so awesome! I love that paper - what a great deal! I went to Joann today, too hoping to get a new cart but mine was sold out of all but ones I had or didn't want :( I was really hoping to get at least one. I have so many on my wish list right now, but probably Elegant Edges is at the top :)

They are all wonderful, don't get me wrong, but the design of the second one is fantastic!!!
ReplyDeleteLove your cards, G; just gorgeous! Glad you got a cart from Joanns. Mine doesn't have Campin Critters either or I think I would have bought it, but good tip from Adrian about Michael's. After I saw those adorable cards you made for the Christmas in July hop, I just had to get the 3 Birds on Parade cartridge. I found it at www.hallmarkscrapbook.com. Check 'em out; they had low prices on certain carts.--Pat n.
