Hope you are enjoying your Sunday. I have been working on a few projects today since I didn't craft too much yesterday for National Scrapbooking Day. Instead I went to the Scrapbook Expo in Orlando. Found some great goodies (posted on my FB page) and can't wait to use them.
I am glad to share this set of pink and purple cards I made for my friend. She got me hooked on die-cutting (the Cricut Expression) and now she hardly uses her Cricut machine. She makes Chalkboard posters and hair bow holders instead. Someday we hope to open a boutique with the variety of projects we make. Someday...maybe!
I used my Cameo to make the die-cuts for both these cards. This birdhouse is from Miss Kate Cuttables (Love her freebies everyday!). I added a glitter glue to the center of the pink flower and used a bright green for the stems, so the color would "pop" on the pink. Thinking of you is perfect for any occasion.
I used most of the layout from this Operation Write Home sketch.
This little phone from Miss Kate Cuttables is adorable with the heart in the center of the dial. That speech bubble came with it too. I used a stamp instead of cutting the word.
a variety of pattern papers
purple, pink, green, and white card stock

Enjoy your week and be sure to stop by again!
