Teeny Tiny Polka Dot Bikini ~ Summer Fun at CCR

Hello Crafty Friends,

So glad you stopped by today. It is Thursday, which means a new challenge at Creative Cutter Room (CCR). The chickie projects made me cluck with delight. They were all so colorful and creative. I am looking forward to seeing the winner posted.

Theme: Summer Fun
Not only do I think of sand castles, sea gulls, and crabs when I hear summer, but I think of bikinis. Not that I wear one any more, but I know my daughter would love to have a teeny tiny polka dot bikini. Did you notice I said...she would love to have one and not that she has one.

Here is my Design Team project...
Materials:
Momenta paper ~ One Fine Day stack
yellow card stock
Life is a Beach Cricut cartridge ~ bikini (p. 63) and font
yellow ribbon
orange button
orange gems
yellow craft thread
Spellbinders ~ Lacey circle


Challenge starts today July 26th and runs until August 8, 2012.

    To answer your questions.....my machine does not jam and there are different cut settings for the paper thickness so I never have a problem. I cut everything from thin DP to thick PTI cardstock. Wonder why your daughter is having a hard time. Maybe her mat is not sticky enough so when the paper/mat comes back through it is pulling up and jamming?? Hope this helps!!
