Have a Dog-gone Happy Birthday

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

Today I have a special treat. It is a kiddie birthday card. I don't usually make too many "cutsie" cards, but I thought this party pup was just too darling and I knew it would be perfect for any child's extraordinary day.
Materials:
My Mind's Eye paper ~ Lime Twist stack
brown and blue card stock
Celebrations Cricut cartridge ~ dog (p. 112) cut at 3" 
wiggly eyes
brown Trendy Twine
blue buttons
Spellbinders ~ Label Five
