Paper Playtime is Celebrating Summer

Whew! It has been SIZZLING this summer and when it gets this hot, all I can think about is going to the beach, relaxing in the pool, or yummy ice cream. It doesn't matter if it is on a cone, in a bowl, or on a stick. I LOVE ice cream that much.  
Materials used:
Simply Charmed cart. ~ popsicles cut at 3 3/4", 1 1/2", and 1 1/4"  ~ p. 45
Simply Charmed cart. ~ "I love summer" cut at 1" ~ p. 46
Summer Fun paper by Momenta
blue and green buttons
wiggly eyes
