I decided to make two of the same cards after someone commented they really liked one of my previous cards and they wanted it. Unfortunately I did not have an extra, so I am trying something a little differently. I made two using the same double sided paper, but alternated the colors.

I also used the same Cricut cut, but used scraps to make the snowman.
Snowman is cut from Gingerbread cartridge. |
How do you like to make your cards? Do you like one of each or do you like to make a few of each design? I am curious to know.
Happy Holidays,
Georgiana
Cute cards!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards! I really love the snowman cut!
ReplyDeletecute cards! I normally only make one of my cards since I'm usually making them for a specific person but for my Christmas cards I make them all the same for everyone.
ReplyDeleteTfs and have a great day. :)
Great cards! I normally just make one. But I do see how much faster it would be to make a few of one design. Thanks for all your encouraging comments!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!

I'm loving the colors you picked!!!!! :) new follower !!
ReplyDeleteI love these cards..That is a great idea to mix em up a bit. This is only my 2nd year making my own cards, so I'm still learning new ideas and such so I've done the same for everybody. But, one thing I have learned..is to get them done waaaaay earlier than I started them..lol
ReplyDeleteGreat cards. I usually try to make everybody a different card, but this year I did do two of a few designs.
ReplyDeleteWhat great cards! I love the different looks by switching up the papers. I usually make unique cards, but will sometimes make a number of the same for thank you cards for my stash and some same ones for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteLovely cards especially the two the same. I only ever make one of a card but now I have seen yours I am tempted to make more.

I love your cards. I make 65 cards for my family to send out. This year I made them all the same. I also made 50 cards for my MIL, 20 for my FIL, 20 for my Mom and 25 for my Dad!!! Tons of cards... the only way I could finish them all was to make batches of the same card.

fabulous Georgiana!
ReplyDeleteIf I'm stamping I'll make two sometimes, however if I'm using a digi stamp I usually just make one card!
Welcome to the Royal Court over at Paper Playtime!!!
hugs & blessings!
That is such a wonderful idea. Two of each. These cards are fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteI always made one of each card but this summer when I knew I was going to be doing a craft fair I started to make multiplies. The only problem was it felt more like a production and I didn't enjoy making them as much. I think two at a time is a good number any more and it loses something for me.
