Birthday Gifts Revealed

The time finally came and I opened my presents. After all the suspense I couldn't believe what happened when I opened the first one. There is a story...which goes back to our first Christmas married. My husband made a statement that he wanted a fire extinguisher for his truck, so I bought him one...I know...what was I thinking, but it was practical. Well, it was pay back time...

My husband said this Houdini Pro tool will help me escape from my jeep if I ever have an accident and end up in a reservoir. It will cut the seat belt and break the window. Oh, and it has a blinding flashlight too.
I sure hope I NEVER have to use it!

Then to the second package...
It was a leather carrying case with handle for my Cricut Expression. My husband said now I will be prepared when I do all that traveling. I just wish I had somewhere to go!

The last package was...
 A Gypsy.

I definitely need help with this one! Anyone! Please give me some helpful tips on how to use this product or let me know what are the best sites to go to. I have so many questions now and would appreciate anyone's advice, tips, comments, etc.

FYI...Papercrafting Pro is having a wonderful sale and since I received a little money unexpectedly I had to see what there was. I am glad I did! Although you have to have a monthly memership, you can do a 2 day free trial. I used my son's email (since I already used mine) and found some great deals (12X12 mats for $6.00, 6X12  paper for $2.50, and Cuttlebug embossing folders for 99 cents). The only drawback is you have to pay for shipping, but they are quick!

I am so glad you joined me this past week to help celebrate my birthday. It was a great day! I had one student say I looked years younger than I am...I think he was looking for an A.

Be sure to come back tomorrow for the announcment of the Cricut Cartridge winner.

Thank you again for all the Birthday Wishes!

Stay Creative,
Georgiana : )

  3. I hope you don't ever have to use the Houdini Tool either!!! As far as the rest of the presents - YEAH!!!!!!!! I got a Gypsy a little while ago and LOVE it! I think that Emma over at My Creative Time (http://www.creativetimeforme.com/) is the best when it comes to the Gypsy. She has a DVD out to help - I haven't purchased it yet, but it's on my list. I hope that helps!!! Again - Happy Birthday!!!! :)

  9. You are going to love your Gypsy. I am no expert at all, but I just kind of jumped in and started experimenting with mine and it is alot easier to use for me than design studio. If you have any specific questions let me know and I might be able to help you.
