Many of my crafty friends know I prefer to make cards, but I have wanted to try and create more layouts. National Scrapbooking Day was a perfect opportunity, especially since My Pink Stamper was offering Challenge #7.
Make a Scrapbook Page!
One of the exhibits at the Flower Festival was the Butterfly Garden, which happens to be my favorite. The Bambi characters are all flowers and the fairy house is made from seeds and mosses.
The background paper is Me and My Big Ideas. I created the florals with various pieces and used pink brads that sparkle for each of the centers. The butterflies (2" and 3") were cut from the Serenade cartridge and attached with foam strips to add more dimension. Epcot was cut at 1" from All Mixed Up. Silver gems were added to the bottom right corner.
Other Challenges:
I have a few more pictures that need a page, so I am looking forward to the time I can create them.
